Laura’s background in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts has been incredibly beneficial to the acquisitive Atalian Servest. She has worked on developing the in-house legal team to support the rapid growth of the business.

Kelly Howell will assume the position of HR Director. Kelly has over 20 years’ experience working in HR in a variety of industries including manufacturing, professional services and building services. In February 2013 she joined Arthur McKay, the privately-owned building services company acquired by then Servest in 2016.

Kelly will collaborate with talent across all areas of the business, developing the already high-performing people function. She will also work on redeveloping the internal HR systems and processes to ensure they continue to drive efficiency as the company grows.

Daniel Dickson, CEO of the UK and Ireland, said: “It’s been an exciting year for Atalian Servest and we are pleased to appoint Laura and Kelly to the board. Since becoming CEO, my aim has been to create a diverse and innovative leadership team that can continue to enhance overall business performance and drive us forward.
