Facilities Management 2017 achieves CPD accreditation

Western Business Exhibitions today announces its Facilities Management 2017 seminar programme has been CPD-certified. For the first time, all those who attend Facilities Management seminar sessions will earn Continuing Professional Development points.

Taking place at Birmingham’s NEC between the 21th to 23rd March, Facilities Management 2017 visitors will now earn CPD points by attending any of the 18 seminars over the three days due to the show’s new organisers focusing on delivering a quality content programme.

CPD is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities through different ways of learning such as training workshops, conferences and events. The British Institute of Facilities Management encourages all members to undertake CPD to help with identify and achieving development goals.

In addition to the daily dedicated FM programme, Facilities Management 2017 visitors will receive access to the Health & Safety Event and Maintec, offering an additional 35 hours of CPD-certified content.

Speakers across the shows include NHS Grampian, CS, IOSH, British Safety Council, Talent FM, KBR, Cranfield University, Herman Miller, University of Sunderland and Vodafone.
