HCM relocate to new offices

Yorkshire based Harris Construction Management (HCM) has relocated to new offices at South Elmsall in Yorkshire as it continues to create jobs and win contracts across its construction, interiors, and facilities management divisions.

This month the company, which was based at Thorpe Park outside Leeds, has moved to a 7,000 ft² office suite on Elmsall Way. HCM was founded at the end of 2007 and now has a £20million turnover and employs a team of 25.

Managing Director, Jason Adlam, said: “Since the start of the year we have created four new jobs and are continually recruiting in-line with our on-going expansion programme. The new office gives us three times more space, improved IT infrastructure, unlimited parking and offers easy access to the A1, M62 and M18. In addition it also offers a great layout for our individual divisions, consisting of ‘HCM Projects’, ‘HCM Interiors’ and ‘HCM Facilities’, to thrive and forge their own identities.
HCM plans to increase turnover to £40 million and create 8 new jobs by 2014. Companies that HCM currently works for include Asda, Arla Food, Coca Cola, PepsiCo UK, Nandos and Goodman Restaurants.
