VINCI Facilities achieves BS ISO 0001

VINCI Facilities, a leading provider of facilities management and maintenance services to the public and private sector, has successfully completed certification to BS ISO Energy Management 50001.  

This new certification sees VINCI Facilities upgrade their achievement to BS ISO 16001 to the new International Standard for Energy Management, proving their dedication to reducing energy and carbon usage both in-house and for their customers.  

Across all their offices, VINCI Facilities has worked tirelessly to reduce its electricity and gas usage, resulting in the head office in Watford reducing electricity by 21% and the Denton office reducing its gas usage by 35.52%. In total 79,020kg of CO2 was saved, equating to  around £27,500 worth of savings which came from the implementation of the energy management system and accurate meter unit readings.
