Searchflow release seminar dates

Electronic conveyancing search service SearchFlow has released the latest dates for its CPD seminar series.

Aimed at legal professionals in the residential market, the seminars are led by recognised industry experts who will highlight the latest developments in risk management and compliance in the property transaction.

The complimentary seminars will consider what this means to conveyancers, and will explore some of the tools available to help ensure they don’t fall foul of the legal requirements.

Specific topics include:
•    Developments in lender panels and the role of CQS
•    The common pitfalls in compliance rules
•    Changes in flood risk requirements – are you sure you know your local area?
•    How legal indemnities insurance can absorb conveyancing risk and provide wider protection to those involved in the conveyancing process
•    Identifying which of the due diligence searches are relevant to the property

Places are strictly limited, but all attendees will receive 3 CPD points and have the option of staying for a networking buffet lunch.
