OCS Aids London Students

Nido Student Living has awarded a contract to international total facilities management provider OCS for all the soft facilities services across its three London sites in King’s Cross, Spitalfields, and Notting Hill. Over the next three years, OCS will provide security, front-of-house, cleaning, and waste management services.

OCS has integrated the range of services in a bespoke package to add value for Nido, which was named Student Accommodation Provider of the Year in the 2014 RESI Awards, a leading event in the residential property market calendar.

The student accommodation offers studio and shared apartments in a centrally located, high quality and secure environment, with additional luxury amenities such as Nido Club rooms, residential gyms, and a brand new 32nd Floor Sky Lounge and Roof Terrace which is coming to the Spitalfields site in September.
