The company has employed Franco Caroleo (General Manager) and Paul Riley (Executive Head Chef) to further strengthen the team that will manage the venue’s distinctive cafe services, large events and banqueting portfolio, and launch its new restaurant; Kaleido.

Caroleo returns to Kudos after previously working at the business from 2002 until 2006 as General Manager, and brings a wealth of experience of strategic planning and venue and events management.

He will be responsible for the overall management of the food, drink and events offer at the museum, including the cafe that seats 150 people, the events space with formal dining for 250 and receptions for 500, and the fifth floor restaurant and bar Kaleido
Riley joins Kudos as a talented chef with two AA Rosettes to his name, and experience at some of the country’s finest country house hotels and restaurants. Leading a team of 12 chefs, a senior sous chef and a pastry chef, Riley will bring his specialist modern British cooking with a focus on provenance to the Kudos kitchen.
