Hard services added to 14forty offering

14forty, the new integrated FM business from Compass Group UK & Ireland, has announced Integral as its hard services partner. Launched in September, 14forty provides food, cleaning, security, guest and business services. 14forty’s partnership with Integral will offer its clients the opportunity to incorporate their hard service requirements into their service level agreements; creating a single management point of contact. The partnership will be underpinned by BS 11000 Collaborative Business Relationships.
Integral is one of the largest independent suppliers of property maintenance services in the UK, providing both planned preventative and reactive maintenance to over 1,600 clients in 40,000 locations.
Steve Davies, Managing Director of 14forty, commented on the partnership: “The decision to work with Integral was made after much consideration around what we were looking for in a partner and what our clients would want and expect from a hard services provider.”
Bryan Glastonbury, Managing Director, Integral agreed: “It is unusual to find two companies with such clarity of vision. I have no doubt that the benefits for both companies’ clients will be significant.
