Shepherd FM expands law firm connection

Shepherd FM has been enlisted by international law firm Wragge, Lawrence, Graham & Co to service its new offices in Birmingham.

With immediate effect, Shepherd FM will provide a range of FM services across Wragge, Lawrence, Graham & Co’s new offices, which occupy eight floors of Two Snowhill, a 120,000 sq ft, BREEAM Excellent ‘Grade A’ space in the heart the city’s business district.

The contract win strengthens the already long-standing working relationship between the two companies.

The International Law firm’s Birmingham office was previously located at the Grade I listed Colmore Row building and had been managed since 2009 by Shepherd FM. Shepherd FM also manages the firm’s Waterhouse Square offices in London.

Commenting on the initial 12-month contract, Paul Oddy, Legal Sector Account Director for Shepherd FM, said: “I am obviously delighted to have won this new contract.
