ISS extends IFS deal with defence firm

ISS Facility Services has been retained under a new contract by Finmeccanica - Selex ES, a global defence manufacturing business, for a further nine years. ISS has worked with Finmeccanica - Selex ES since 2006 and will continue to provide a total package of FM services operating a fully Integrated Facility Services (IFS) model across its UK property portfolio.

The contract will continue to be fully integrated with services such as asset care, housekeeping, catering and front of house all being delivered by a team of over 200 ISS employees. This team will continue to work under a specific brand created for Finmeccanica - Selex ES called ‘SYNERGY’. The contract will deliver services to nearly 4,500 end users, over eight sites totalling 130,000 sq m, across offices, R&D and manufacturing facilities.
