Restaurant Associates appoints new MD

James Boyle has been appointed Managing Director of Restaurant Associates, the executive dining division of Compass Group UK & Ireland. James joins the UK & Ireland Executive team, reporting to Dennis Hogan, Managing Director of Compass Group UK & Ireland.  

James was previously Business Excellence Director for Restaurant Associates, responsible for marketing, business excellence and innovation, as well as a portfolio of client contracts.  James has spent more than 20 years in the catering and hospitality sector, working for Sodexo in a variety of operational roles before joining Restaurant Associates in 2006 as Operations Manager.

James succeeds Andy Harris, who has led Restaurant Associates for more than three years. Andy will move to a role in Compass Group PLC, working on a range of B&I projects as part of the Group Market Development team.
