Levy Restaurants exhibits partnership with Earls Court and Olympia

Levy Restaurants, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland’s Sport, Leisure and Hospitality business, has been awarded a new contract with Earls Court and Olympia worth £23.8million. The seven-year deal will see the food service specialist provide catering at both Earls Court and Olympia London exhibition venues.
Compass Group UK & Ireland’s Sports and Leisure team has been working with Earls Court and Olympia for eight years and following a competitive tender, this contract will now be operated under its fast growing sports and leisure brand, Levy Restaurants. Levy Restaurants will deliver stand catering, private hospitality and conference catering at both venues, which host over 300 events and see around 2.5 million people visit each year.
In September Levy Restaurants will also open two new purpose-built eateries in the Olympia Central exhibition space, which have been designed in conjunction with award winning agency 442 Design1. A modern destination outlet will open on Level One, with flexibility built in to be able to gear the style of food offers available to match the different needs of the events in this hall, such as freshly made hot and cold dishes, soups and desserts, plus a ‘grab-and-go’ range of foods with a barista led coffee service.
On Level Two, a new café will provide a ‘grab-and-go’ style offer of freshly made sandwiches, panini, soups, salads and baked goods. In addition to these new outlets, Levy Restaurants has committed to invest in building and equipping a state of the art production kitchen at Olympia, replacing the current kitchen in Earls Court which has been in use since 1938.
