O&G RETAIL MAKES PURDY OFFER

Office & General has appointed David Purdy as its new retail director in a move to develop its presence as a key player in the retail cleaning market. David joins from MITIE after 10 years within its cleaning division where he was operations director and then retail director before starting his new role. Office & General, which has experience with clients such as Burberry, Gucci and various shopping centres across the country, aims to build on its reputation for a commitment to customer service excellence and to broaden its retail portfolio.

David Purdy, Office & General’s retail director said: “This is an exciting new role for me. Office & General provides specialist high quality cleaning and hygiene management solutions across the UK servicing commercial, residential and industrial premises, as well as retail. The clients range from managing agents such as CBRE and Deloitte to universities and small offices or national portfolios with differing needs and service charge budgets as well as retail.
