Three Total FM schools contracts for Pinnacle Group

Since the 1st April 2018, Pinnacle has been delivering total facilities management

Pinnacle PSG, a part of Pinnacle Group, has secured three new Total FM schools contracts, previously operated by Carillion prior to their liquidation, with Education Support Limited.

Since the 1st April 2018, Pinnacle has been delivering total facilities management, which includes planned preventative maintenance, lifecycle planning and delivery and responsive repairs, across three contracts, covering five schools located in the London Borough of Newham and the London Borough of Enfield.

The contracts provide services to three secondary schools, one primary school and one infant school serving over 5,000 pupils.  These contracts build upon and strengthen Pinnacle’s service offer to schools across the UK and increases the number of schools they support to over 200.

At the beginning of this month over 70 ex-Carillion staff joined the Pinnacle family and as part of the agreement, Pinnacle has honoured all employees’ previous terms and conditions.

Education Support Director, Neil Woodburn said: “We are pleased to introduce Pinnacle FM to our London schools’ projects and welcome the approach they have taken under difficult circumstances to ensure a smooth transition for staff and services from Carillion Integrated Services”

Group Director of Operations, Neil Euesden, said: “We are delighted to announce the start of this significant contract which strengthens our longstanding relationship with Education Support and JLIF.  Pinnacle has an extensive and successful history in providing facilities management within the education sector and this will enable us to partner with the five schools effectively.

We are pleased that no jobs have been lost and that services and teaching did not experience any disruption during the contract handover.  We look forward to establishing a long-term and trusting relationship within the school communities of Enfield and Newham.”
