SCCC Commercial Director, Caroline Herbert said: “Working in partnership, we will be looking to bring new ideas to life and provide a more diverse matchday offering than ever before.

“It’s not just about our matchdays. This partnership will see us providing catering excellence across all of our events.

“Over the coming months, we will be seeking feedback from our members and stakeholders to establish what our most valued customers want to see on the menu at the Cooper Associates County Ground.”

BaxterStorey Managing Director, Mack Allan added: “We’re excited to bring our innovation and creativity to Somerset County Cricket Club. We will be working with local suppliers and chef consultants to celebrate the best in south-west produce.

“Our experience working with sporting venues gives us a real understanding about what it takes to cater for a successful club like Somerset. Our chefs understand the important role that food plays in peak athletic performance, and we will bring nutritious, delicious dishes to both players, members and fans.”
