Serco agrees Middle East contract

The contract includes facilities operation and maintenance, portering and housekeeping

Serco Saudi Services and Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital have entered into an agreement aimed at transforming FM services at Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital (DSFH) in Jeddah.

Working in close collaboration with DSFH management and staff, Serco will be bringing its knowledge of international best practice in service and solution design in healthcare FM to develop bespoke and high quality facilities services at the Jeddah hospital. The scope of services includes, facilities operation and maintenance, portering and housekeeping.

Ahmad El Houri, General Manager at Serco Saudi Services, said: “This is a great opportunity to further improve patient experience in Jeddah through Serco and DSFH working together to bring new service methodologies, ways of working and the latest technology to the clinical environment and support the delivery of high quality clinical care.”
